Now that you have your goals chosen, it’s time to make them specific and laser focused. A goal of “making more Realtor calls” is not as focused as, “having 5 new Realtors partners and closing 5 transactions per month.” In order for us to break down your goals into specific, tangible steps, as mentioned, your goals need to be as focused as possible.
If you’re like most people, you should now have 4 or 5 specific goals. Take the next day or so to think about these specific goals. Are these really what you want? If you can answer “yes” without hesitation, and your “why?” is in concrete, then it’s time to put an action plan together to make your goals a reality. We’ll discuss this 4th step tomorrow…:-)
