Don’t get sucked in…

sucked inDistractions… busywork, wasting time, to-do’s, other people’s priorities… they’re evil!

Distractions can be bad habits too. Too much TV, social media, your cell phone, late nights out… are you sacrificing the future you for the momentary release of dopamine today?

Never put off a priority in favor of a distraction. In other words, “First things first!”

Not taking care of your priorities can lead to anxiety, depression, and further your likelihood of doing the same in the future. It’s a bad habit.

By writing down your typical distractions, you help yourself identify them as they happen. You can then refocus on what is most important to you.

So, now the question is, what’s most important? Write those down as well.
