I saw this on LinkedIn and reading it caused me to pause, and reflect. The mortgage business is difficult. With interest rates rising and margins compressing, I see many loan officers and managers panicking. Now is not the time for panic, it’s the time for action…massive action. While others sit around and feel sorry for themselves, you MUST do as Dr. Seuss instructs, “If you get the chance, take it…Nobody said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.”

While others sit back and cry, take action. It WILL be worth it…
