Good Months…Bad Months

Most salespeople fall into a routine, one they think works very well, and fail to realize why they’re not earning more income. The problem is that salespeople prospect for leads, and once they get their leads, they then go through the leads and convert them. Fine so far, right? Well, the problem here is that while the person is trying to manager and convert leads, they are no longer prospecting for the next month. So, this creates a situation where a person might make a fair amount in one month but have an epic fail the next month.

The key solution to this is to NEVER stop prospecting! It’s imperative that you never run out of business, which means prospecting, managing, and converting simultaneously…all of the time!

So, never stop marketing! There is NO excuse to stop…
